About

The TheraPink Post-Graduate Fellowship is a 5-month leadership and service opportunity designed for emerging mental health professionals who are passionate about advancing mental wellness among Black and Brown girls. Fellows will help lead TheraPink’s school-based mental health and wellness programs, focusing on empowerment, prevention, and emotional well-being through a culturally grounded lens.

Fellows will work closely with TheraPink’s leadership team to gain hands-on experience in program facilitation, and youth and parent engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for recent master’s-level graduates in counseling, psychology, or social work who are looking to deepen their impact in school and community settings. Two fellows will be selected to lead the program locations in either Atlanta or Detroit, depending on current residence.
